The problem is with details in the system and because the majority of dentists go into private practice and not public service.
The principle of socialized medicine isn't the issue. Providers should be required to give care to everyone, and the Ministry of Health should pay them to do so. Quality health care should be a human right, not a commodity.
Nadir, your economic sense is very immature and niave to me. How is the "Ministry of Health" going to "pay" for anything?
