Pundit: climate skeptics 'idiots'

Government's gotta be proactive on environment. Global warming is here. All these idiots that run around and say it isn't here. That's ridiculous.

Who said that? Al Gore? Paul Krugman? No, uh-uh. Try Bill O'Reilly.

I oppose Bill O'Reilly's views, here and in many other areas. He also supports "anti price-gouging" laws for various products, including petro, which he believes derives its prices from an evil cartel of western corporations attempting to enrich themselves via collusion. He opposed the Iraq invasion, by the way, from before it began. So did cable righties Tucker Carlson (mostly he's a libertarian) and Joe Scarboro.

If you bother to watch O'Reilly you might find that he's on the right only about 70% of the time, and libertarian only about 40% of the time.

In some areas he lies to the left of me:

- He supports laws against "price gouging".
- He believes that petro prices manifest from price fixing.
- He wants to punish people for making "offensive" comments that anger lefties.

In other areas he lies to the right of me:

- He supports laws against recreational drugs.
- He supports the death penalty.
- He supports imprisoning people for burning their own US flags.
- He opposes the ability of women to abort their fetuses.
- He wants to punish people for making "offensive" comments that anger righties.
