Since Iraq's economy is doing so well, Paul, are you going to move there? I'd bet not.

Would you have been willing to move there prior to the Bush invasion? I would certainly consider moving to the Kurdish third. Unlike you, I am open to the possibility of failure or success for this effort by Bush II. Thus my open mind finds and acknowledges signs of both. Evidence of "things getting worse" of course does not necessarily equate with a road to failure, since most great improvements only occur by first moving into a period of worsening conditions. Thus the roads to failure and success can often appear quite similar.

I don't know at which point I would have been willing to move to Frankfurt, Tokyo, or even Atlanta. But clearly those cities only boomed after great destruction and destitution.
