If only Israel would exit the West Bank, agree to never retaliate against missile and troop strikes from accross its border, and all Jews to kill themselves, then Palestinians can start studying, building roads, and conducting commerce.
Of course! Israel and the US cause all bad things on earth, including terrorism. Only the Israeli and US govt's are responsible for their own actions. All negative actions by all other govt's ultimately result from some effort by the US and Israeli govt's to steal oil and colonize non-white people.
