Katrina Exposes NOLA's Horrible Legal System
Nadir, how do you blame Bush and/or racism for *this*? NOLA's legal system is apparently a special outrage, and like all local problems, got exaggerated by the city joining the ocean. Racism and Bush cannot explain this problem, no?

Why am I accused of blaming Bush and racism for every horrible thing that happened as a result of Hurricane Katrina? I don't like your tone, mister.
Grandwizard GDub is guilty of hiring an inept FEMA head and of failing to lead during the aftermath of Katrina. His inherent racism was perhaps responsible for his slow response, but his incompetence could easily be blamed as well.
The Army Corps of Engineers is to blame for the breach of the levees, and they have admitted responsibility. The many catastrophes that occured as a result just underscore the city and state's lack of preparation.
This is just an example of how the entire system of government f*cked up the handling of this storm of every single level.
Did anyone do anything right besides the US Coast Guard and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police?
