Targetting of Civillians: US & UK vs Germany

The US and UK brought "Total War" to Germany and Japan. This is not what Isreal is bringing to Lebanon.

The US and UK were at the forefront of civilization in 1940, and at that time they both proudly targetted civillians in Germany and Japan. Today these nations remain at the forefront of civillization, and disdain such tactics.

Wouldn't it be nice if the people in these retarded muslim groups decided to build the most advanced civilizations, instead of taking their communities back 1,400 years? Imagine if they strove to create nations that were even freer than the US and UK, with a flat tax rate of 10%, private social security, school vouchers, no mention of god on their currency, no religious books in their courtrooms or other govt buildings, more transparent govt transactions and secure, fraud-free voting, etc.
