"Muslims of the world, be reasonable."

Finally, a voice of freedom rises from the muslim world. A Jordanian publication has printed the cartoons!

"What brings more prejudice against Islam, these caricatures or pictures of a hostage-taker slashing the throat of his victim in front of the cameras or a suicide bomber who blows himself up during a wedding ceremony in Amman?" wrote Jihad Momani.

He told the AFP news service he decided to publish the offending cartoons "so people know what they are protesting about... People are attacking drawings that they have not even seen."

Look at all the violence that these cartoons have ellicited:

We will see how many journalists, editors, and publishers are courageous. We will see how many are willing to pay the "price of freedom."

It is interesting that there are no massive muslim demonstrations around the world protesting the use of islam as a justification for various terrorist actions. Meanwhile in the free west, there *are* massive demonstrations against the US govt, denounced as "terrorists" by these free westerners.

Think about this. About half of the US population loudly denounces its own government as terrorists, for its military actions in Iraq. And around the world many muslims loudly denouce the US's actions as terristic. Yet where are the muslim protests against the muslim terrorists? (Yes, there have been a few in Iraq.)
