Duke Lacrosse Summery by Economics Prof

This professor's blog entry provides a good summary of the Duke Lacrosse injustice. As far as I can tell, I'm the only person yet to publicly lament the implications for non-wealthy men if these rich guys get wrongly convicted. The parents of these guys should lament that they themselves didn't speak out against the arrest and subsequent conviction of Mike Tyson. Should we all wait for an injustice to hit those we care about? Or should we try to win the fight before it gets to us?
