All Cracker Hollywood Execs

I agree with Spike Lee here. I can't find any reason other than racism to explain 100% lack of black executives in Hollywood. Blacks are over-represented as movie consumers, and as actors they surely meet their population percentage in attempting to be actors. They may not be attempting to be cinematographers, grips, writers, etc. at their 12% population level, but ZERO studio execs? And in an industry that overwhelmingly votes for democrats/affirmative action. I do believe that this will change, though.

Again, the greatest beneficiaries of affirmative action have been white women.

The lack of blacks in Hollywood's ivory towers may change at some point, but there is no indication that it will happen anytime soon.

Nadir: I would expand your statement to include white people in general. Not white kids applying to elite schools or crackers at big corporations (though only a small fraction get rejected in favor of less-qualified "minorities"), but white business owners. These would include crackers who get to claim an "Indian" ancester, and get AA university admission and casino gambling contracts, crackers who have a Spanish last name, and crackers who "rent a negro."

I believe that AA has become an enormous government program, and as such resembles FEMA, with all those blocks of ice traveling from Minesota to New Hampsire, and mobile homes rotting in Arkensas.

The white liberal advocates of AA have some answering to do. They tend to vote it for entitities that they do not control, and to not impose it on the entities that they do control. I am certain that the hollywood studio system (its executive and stars) provide a large and disproportionate donation to democrats. Yet even Speilberg, who has adopted some black kids, provides zero employment for blacks. And how about those honkey democrat staffs? Ted Kennedy and John Kerry have never hired a black staff member, whereas many of their anti-AA collegues have.
