Racism Againt Mixed Couple

Corresponds with my experiances. "Mixed" couples get no nasty treatment in white enviornments, but do get it in black enviornments. At least for the past 20 years. A long time ago, it was the other way around.

"Mixed" Shia-Sunni couples in Baghdad really experiance racism... or is it religious bigotry. The article explains that under Hussein this didn't happen. Time will tell if upending that brute via a US invasion eventually leads to a civilized society. In any case, leftists around the world portray honkies as xenophoic, racist, religious bigots. But it's been decades since honkies qualified for such charactorizations.

Different groups of people lead at different times in the evolution of civilization. The peoples who built the pyramids and the Babylonian Hanging Gardens once led the way in these regards, but no longer; we can all hope that they take the lead again.

It was never taboo among whites for a white man to have sex with a black woman. It was only taboo for him to marry her and give her the status of wife.

For many Blacks the sight of a Black woman with a white man conjures up images of slavery. I've talked to Black women who have dated white men and had that feeling during sex.

It has always been taboo among whites for Black men to date white women. This has changed somewhat over the years, but is still a problem in many parts of the country.

Black folks do have more of a problem with interracial dating because of the continued notions that Blacks should stick together for "the good of the race."

I remember going out from time to time with a white female friend and getting all kinds of nasty stares from the sisters.

However, a white girl I dated once was forbidden to see me by her father who told her he wasn't racist, but he was afraid of what someone might do to us if we were out somewhere together. Yeah, right...

Another thing...

A Black woman and friend of mine used to get serious attitudes when she saw a Black man with a white woman. However, she lived with a white man and later married one.

She admitted she was a hypocrite, but refused to change her attitude.

When interracial dating was taboo (and worse) in white society, this taboo was certainly not confined to marriage. It certainly included formal, affectionate dating in popular public places. I have zero doubt that a white man holding hands in a fancy Dearborn restaurant would get nasty comment... in 1967. But not in 1997. In 1997 the couple would have to go to a black enviornment to get nasty comments. My rather considerable experiance in this matter leads to this estimated nasty racist treatment of white man / black chick today:

White enviornment: 0%
Black enviornment: 3%

I predict the same for black man / white woman, except that perhaps the black enviornment incident rate may be higher.

To Nadir's experiance with the honkey girl's dad: I've had similar experiance from negro girl's families, though we're talking three or so times out of 250 over 20 years.

Overall, 2006 USA is the most racially tolerate nation in the history of earth.
